Heavy chandeliers need a box rated for the weight, and a foyer light in a two-story entry needs a tall ladder or scaffold to reach safely. Vanity lights have their own quirk: the box is sometimes off-center from the mirror, so we check placement before you pick a fixture width.

Dimmers are worth deciding on at the same time. Many LED fixtures flicker or buzz on an older dimmer, so we match the dimmer to the fixture's rating or suggest a compatible one.
